Mango that they sell will be ready or not ready to be eaten straight away, they will tell. Or you just specify that when will you eat.
Also, It's a time for sweet sticky rice with mango !!
Don't miss "kao-niew-ma-muang" when you are visiting a country which has so various dishes to try !!!!!!! Even you're not a big fan of rice pudding, it's different. And “Yes” I teach this in the class.
