Pork crackling

Do you know that pork crackling/scratching/fried pig skin in Thailand is serve as food (Yessss, eat with rice)?
In generally, western people have it like snack (with beer).
These are my mom made, She is an EXPERT !!!!!
​We used to have a butcher shop for long long time since grand mom ran it …. and this is one of our product.
