Pad Kee Mao ก๋วยเตี๋ยวผัดขี้เมา
Known as Drunken noodles.
Actually, this dish doesn’t have any liquor. Just the drunken man cooked it with what they can get in the time they’re starving and also hangover. Not fix vegetables!!!!
Chili and holy basil make them sweat and drink more water, Recover fast then ^^
It could be any carbohydrates like spaghetti, noodles, bean sheets etc.
We taught this sinced we open our cooking school, 17 years ago. It still feature in our cook book though (p..
For this one we just got a chance to teach in a private class a few days ago. Brought back our memorable day.

​ผัดขี้เมา ก็เป็นเมนูของขี้เมา ยามหิว ยามแฮงค์ มีอะไรก็จับใส่ๆไป ไม่มีแน่นอน ไม่มีใครถูก ไม่มีใครผิดแต่ถ้าใส่ไข่แบบผัดซีอิ๊ว คนแฮงค์อาจถึงขั้นอ้วกได้ ผัดขี้เมาเลยอนุโลมให้ได้ถึงแค่ไข่ดาววางโปะมาแค่นั้น
มันอร่อยมากเลย ถ้าใช้ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเซี่ยงไฮ้น่ะ (เรียกวุ้นเส้นแผ่น ดีมั้ยมันทำจากถั่วเขียวเหมือนกันน่ะ) ว่าไปก็เหมือนผัดกะเพราใส่เส้นใส่ผักเลยนะเนี่ย!!!!
จานนี้ไม่ได้สอนมานานนนนน มากเลย มีบ้างที่เค้ารู้จัก แต่ในเมืองไทยเราหากินยากกว่าแน่ะ
ที่โรงเรียนเราสอนผัดขี้เมามาตั้งแต่เปิดเลย มีในหนังสือที่เราแจกให้คนที่มาเรียนตั้งแต่เล่มแรก จนเล่มนี้ ก็ยังมีนะ
