Sustainability, the Local Way
We’re not here to impress you with big claims. We just teach and cook the way we’ve always believed in: local, simple, and thoughtful.
Ingredients Matter
We shop at our local wet market and support nearby vendors as much as possible — even if it sometimes costs more. Some ingredients aren’t always available or freshest there, so we occasionally buy from supermarkets when it makes more sense.
Choosing local helps support our community and keeps our cooking connected to the people and places around us.

Less Waste, More Planning
Since our classes are pre-booked, we buy only what we need. We separate fresh scraps and compost them under the trees. Nothing fancy — just what works.
Real Habits, Not Just Props
We bring our own containers and bags to the market as part of our daily life.
Sometimes we still use plastic if needed. We just try our best — and recycle when we can.
